Google apps is very very good. I highly recommend them.
As for hosting, It's been mentioned before but these people are good:

My site is hosted with them, quick support (very quick!), and have not had trouble with them yet. Of course, you could also go with one of the big companys such as 1&1, Fasthosts and WebFusion. All those are ok and are unlikely to have serious downtime.

Yes he changed his number some time ago. I just phoned him now & left a Voice Mail for him, any news I'll reply ASAP.
I have 40+ Domains and sites listed there  Not moving a thing yet untill I speak with Adam, he has always been HONEST & upfront with me so I'm willing to stick in there for him.

Probably when the monthly subscription runs out, I've just moved all of my stuff away from UK3 and I've nothing left on UK1 now.

I sincerely hope all of Adams earnings from i-websolutions on top of his normal salaried job were declared to Mr. Inland Revenue, we might not be able to get hold of him, but they certainly will.
