I'm disappointed that anyone would even consider not paying for something like this. You'd be very unhappy if the shoe was on the other foot wouldn't you.

Re: Ebay
No i wouldn't!! lol....
I am putting myself in the sellers shoes......if i made the mistake of sending an item not paid for, i'd request the money and explain what i did, but i wouldn't hold my breath for it... and i wouldn't go crying theft. It would be my fault, and like i said, i'd write it off as a mistake not to make again.
Seems my opinion is rather controversial

Well more fool them, there's no such thing as trust as far as strangers and money goes. It states in ebay's buying guides that you pay THEN they send out the item.
I'm not saying he shouldn't pay, i'm just saying that he's not a "common thief" or whatever you all preached.

Re: Ebay
If you have an invoice or notice to pay, pay it.
You don't want to end up being taken to the small claims court and have it affect your credit rating.

Somebody needs to give you a thick ear my friend...
Out of interest - what was the item and how much was it - not that it makes much difference...

You should not have had to think about this, pay up and do the honest thing.

Reading some of the comments here it seems that honesty has fallen out of fashion.

Re: Ebay
Referring to mine then i take it, since i'm the only one who disagreed...lol.
My point was more that it's the sellers fault and what i'd do if i was the seller...lol

Re: Ebay
Why does it matter whose fault it is, if you keep something you know you should pay for and don't its theft.
