VM Redirect Web Page problems

Hi,

I am having problems gaining access to VM web pages where a redirect is involved, with the same problem "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage", e.g.:

http://redirect.virginmedia.com/redi...ategory=portal

http://redirect.virginmedia.com/redi...ategory=portal

http://redirect.virginmedia.com/redi...ategory=portal

I am trying to update any of my account details and to review / add an email address?

EVERY other web site I go to works fine, it is just Virgin Media's Web Site that does not work.

I did get a reponse from the VM Support team that stated:

There is nothing wrong with the Virgin Media website and the service has been up and running. Are you using a tunnel to access your work space etc? Is there peer 2 peer on the machine which could be interfering with access to the site? Try and clear your temporary internet files and cookies by clicking internet explorer, tools, internet options then delete files and delete cookies. It could be that the browser is looking at a corrupted temp internet file.

Firstly I am clearing my internet files on a very regular basis. I have tried switching off the XP internal firewall, turning off phishing filter, spyware app. I have unloaded everything I can think of excluding my Symantec anti virus. I am not aware, but may be wrong, of any P2P ot tunnelling apps running.

Does anyone please have any ideas or analternative way I can get to these pages without going through the redirect stage.

Cheers,

Vic.
