how long should I give BT?
Ordered a soundcard from btshop on the 16th and its still not here, do you think i've given them long enough that I can start chasing them about it?

Pretty sure they sent it royal mail last wednesday so I'd have expected it to be here by now..

Something I ordered from Hongkong not long before came today and thats even with the postal strikes.
