Helpdesk Systems
Does anyone know of a few helpdesk systems? I need a list of a few ones, especially ones with free trails. Also, anyones that deal with online help. I.E Not internal systems but ones that people could use over the internet with people they may not have meet before

Cheers Wayne, but they appear to be desktop software rather than a web-based service? I need ones that work within a web browser.

Nope, That is also software based. Just seems to store things on their servers.

Do you have an hosting account for your domain, Damien - does it have cPanel & fantastico?
I've never tried the options, but there are several options for running a helpdesk, including live help/support tickets, etc ???

Richmond Systems I believe have a web based version, also we use Platinum Technology and I think there is a web end for it but not something we have used.

Heat is a pretty good bit of software. I worked for Coca-Cola when it was being implemented, one of the case studies on that site.
