Yup it appears to be dead at the moment...looks like DNS is having a bit of a moment as the nameservers for the domain appear to be dead.
EDIT: You can use a cached response http://208.49.174.70 to get to the site but currently the NS for the site is AWOL.

You should be able to get to it via IP until the DNS issues are resolved. People that can get to it are proberbly using their ISP's DNS servers which already have a chached result.

The question mark on the end of a page request shows the server that the browser doesn't want a cached version of the page from the server.
