to make a site as good as this?

And then hand all the source code/html/fla/swf/editable text (instead of/or CMS)/PSD's etc over to me and my client?
(i.e. job done, no need for updates..)

I'm with you. It's not hard, just got too much on to spend the time on it.
It's looking to be more cost-productive to sub-in.
Just thought it worth a holler here before I go on the scrounge.
It's not a big project.

That site is pretty basic. Looks pretty but there's not much coding. I'm currently writing a web site for a customer (me and a friend are opening a software development business) in ASP.NET 2.0 using C# 2.0 and that's got plenty of code! The only part supplied to me were the graphics.
But no, I can't give you a quote until I get this site done as we have a deadline! lol
Zeph: the menu bar at the top is in Flash. Oh, and the video....

Sorry Zeph - only took a cursory look and the odd right click. Is that top menu not in fla?
Admittedly, I'm a forum/SQL wallah these days. I leave the sites to the in-housers - just got a quirky request from a friend - so I could be in the shadows on it.
