Re: AIM User Blocking?
NTFS File permissions. Allow 'execute' on the relevant .exe file to yourself only (and make sure other users not in the 'administrators' group).

Re: AIM User Blocking?
Right. First you need to find the .exe file, i.e. the program which you want to restrict access to. If there is a shortcut on your desktop, right-click it and select 'Properties' The 'Target' box will tell you where the exe file is. Log on as an administrator. Using 'My Computer' or 'Windows Explorer', locate the file. You might need to use 'Tools', 'Folder Option' and untick 'hide extensions for known filetyoes', to ensure the .exe extension is shown. Right click the file, and select 'properties'. Select the 'Security' tab. Select 'Advanced'. Untick 'Inherit from parent', and select 'Copy' from the resulting dialogue box. Click 'OK'. Now select 'Users', and you should see green ticks in 'Read' and 'read and execute'. Untick 'read and execute'. Repeat for 'Power Users' if required. If you want any specific non-administrator accounts to have access, click 'Add', and enter the user name and 'OK'. Ensure that this user has been added and is selected, then tick 'read' and 'read and execute'.

Re: AIM User Blocking?
...or WA's idea is better, as this folder SHOULD already have restricted access - are you sure the other users aren't administrators?
