Temporarily, you can be sure that the spammers would be the first people to adapt their mailing mechanisms/habits to take these email addresses into account should they ever take off. So you would end up with most legitimate mailers unable to reach you and spam being just about all you recieve.
It's an odd idea, the front page of the site seems to list reasons against using one of these accounts.

Yeah, it's weird that they slag off their own product....but that's kinda why I found it funny.
I haven't signed-up, as I have my work account for professional stuff, and a GMail account that I use for personal stuff .....plus an account with nothotmail.org for some other things (just because I liked the name )
