If you want someone to sell you a box that might, hopefully, have a working piece of equipment in and then pressure you into buying an over-priced and probably worthless Extended Warranty, then by all means go to Dixons.
If it doesn't work, however, you can pretty much forget about being able to ask anyone there for help (unless you're very lucky!)
