Hi
im creating a website for someone and need a bit of help, he wants a setup that a user must logon to view the site and he can view who has loged in and when he also wants to be able to limit to who can register, ie, he aceppts/denies the acess, is this passsible without using a content managment system

The first part could be done with .htaccess parameters.

The second (depending on where the users are coming from) could be done with some decent web log analysis software.
