Admins required
I am looking for Admins to take over the running of one of my forums it will be about gaming.
He/She will be responsible for creating the catagories ,forums and getting members to it also for maintaining a certain level of decorum on the site the one rule that i have above all others is no flaming of other members also no links to warez of any kind are allowed.
It will be on a heavily modified version of phpbb if you feel up to the job then please post here with some reasons why you think you should get the job the person i select will be sent the address in a PM at which point they should sign up and i will make him/her admin.

How about letting us know where the forums are so that they can be looked at, prospective Admins might like to know what they are getting themselves into.
I wouldnt want to do something like this without knowing what I was getting myself into.

I am glad to help, I have a little experience in PhpBB as I used to have a forum that used it. But I cannot code in Php or am too good as skinning the forum. But other than that I could do the Job.
I would need help with getting members however, thats a hard hit and miss type job.

id be glad to help as i do run my own forum: http://s4.invisionfree.com/wayneaustin96 .I can also fulfill the job in that i can:
Spot troublemakers
Move threads if in the wrong place
spot off topic posts
Know when to ban or cancel a persons membership.

My own personal (and somewhat 'wacky') approach as to how you should recruit mods/admins for forums (as well as policepeople* and politicians) is too first ask who wants the job/role and then immediately exclude those people and look to recruit from the remaining people
* I aint falling foul of no 'femminist movement'
