I use a program called Opcode Direct 2 Disk that monitors/grabs the output to your sound card whilst you're listening to the stream and saves it to a .wav file. I then use a utility called LameGUI to convert the .wav file to mp3.

Alternatively use 2 PC's.
Play the file on one PC, then get a cable from line out on sound card into line in on other PC recording it in cool edit or something.

Re: Saving BBC Listen Again to Disc?

your browser when faced with a .rm will give u the option to open or save it.
either way u would have 2 wait for the file to download before it was passed to realplayer.

ram files are small and contain the location of the .ra / .rm etc file. your browser downloads the ram file and then realplayer opens it and reads the location of the ra file and then proceeds to download it and play it as it downloads.

you need 2 download the .ra or .rm file and then convert it to mp3 etc using streambox

you can open the .ram file in notepad and find location of .ra/.rm file.

what r u tryin 2 download?

send me a private message if u want further assistance as i dont usually check back threads.
