I'm not a PHP or a Javascript developer but I think you shd use PHP and a MySQL database, it's not the only way to store the poll submissions but is easy enough to do

The above links have sites that will host the poll for you, some maybe ad based but it depends on your requirements

I forgot!... If you get an account with I-Web they give you a load of scripts with their domain control panel
