Thanks for that but isn't that just to file reports against virginmedia customers?

No you just fill it in with the relevant information and click send.

I tried reporting spam through it, giving the ip address as per this guide and it came back saying that it wasn't a virginmedia IP?

I keep getting spam which has my name in the title and in the body of the e-mail it says that it's not spam because the e-mail is in "open access"?
Where could I look to find it in 'open access' if this is the case?
I've googled my e-mail and got no results.

It's crap, if you haven't solicited it then it's still Spam.

Just delete and ignore.

Please can someone advise how I can access NANAS? Can I use Outlook Express? I've tried news.virginmedia.com but it's not there...
