Hello Mr.. xxx

Thank you for taking the time to inform us of this issue. We are EXTREMELY focused on maintaining a zero SPAM network. The Spam SCUM responsible for this specific email is a client of one of our downstream clients. We have informed the client DV2.net about the spam. If we do not hear from DV2 by 9:15AM Eastern Standard time, we will block port 25 for this network.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your valued assistance. If we don't know that the problem exists, we can't fix it.

Hum ... something tells me that this guy doesn't really understand the problem, or is pulling your leg.
