I fail to see how anyone could have trouble. I have no problem understanding the welsh accent but I have spent upto 3 months a year in Wales for years..

Having never been to Wales, nor planning to in the near or distant future, I admit I find the accent very odd.
But whenever I have called tech support I've never had a welsh person on the phone, or at least one with a welsh accent.
