Decorators sprucing up Blackpool's famous seafront have come under fire after they ignored a sock which had been left tied to railings - and painted over it.
I suppose it could be called modern art...
This is in humour, as I found it funny, so although it mentions the word "Council", please do not turn this into a labour bashing thread
