I was caught out by something similar a while ago (was it here?) where you were told to stare at the peaceful picture and spot what was wrong. I expected something similar here, but all the harmless optical illusions lulled me into a sense of false security.
PS If you suffered a heart attack could you sue anyone?

The one with the coloured squares causes quite a bit of annoyance on my team at work last year

I've disabled flash player through PopUpCop so it didn't play.
I hate all the flash crap I pick up at various sites.
