Just went googling for that reg. no to find out more and came across an official accident report! Looks like a boy flyer might have been at the controls...

Off topic, but did you notice the registration of Starship One?
N (as are all North American registered 'craft) 328FK
328,000 ft is of course its cruising altitude.
