It's strange... i read a bit of this thread earlier, left.. and then wanted to come back to it... i first went to the Current affairs section.. and then Lifestyle... and it wasn't there......
So i thought.. could it be in the humour section?
And here is where i found it.
While i can see the funny side.. if i try..... i can't help help thinking that it should have been in one of the other sections... No offence Pompey1
It's actually quite interesting to find a man (if you are one?) that finds the idea amusing.... and not doubled up holding his groin and being perpetually grateful that the news item isn't about him
Although i can see how the idea of having a penis grown on your arm might tickle your fancy.... and you wouldn't even have to unzip to tickle anyone else's either

On a more serious note.... this isn't the first time this sort of surgery has been done... and there is something called the
Istanbul Flap which is a procedure that was perfected in Turkey a few years ago, and involves the use of the forearm to grow/create a new appendage.
