hmmmm
well, the University of Newcastle had a similar problem
they were going to change their name to the Central University of Newcastle upon Tyne, they had all the flyers, brochures etc printed and delivered, everything was going to plan until a student pointed out that the acronym would be 'interesting'
At this point the idea was shelved.

I had a Dr Who easter egg once...
It was TARDIS shaped unfortunately due to some really bad box design when you opened the door there was peter davidson on the left with a rather large dalek laser bolt coming from his crotch (from the other half of the dalek on the right side)
edit - i found some pictures....
