Billing Problems
I recieved my latest telephone bill on Friday after signing up for BB last month.
The bill has come addressed to a different member of the household even though the account has always been in my name.
I have also been charged STB rental for an analogue box that I have never had.
I rang CS about it and they said that I had sent in a change of name request which I have never done. They also said that they would credit me back with the analogue STB rental next month. Somehow though I don't believe them. they have sent a change of name form for my telephone bill which I don't see the point in filling in because I never requested the name to be changed in the first place.
My CM account also has got the correct name on but the incorrect title. Again all the details that I gave them when I registered my CM were correct and for some reason they are changing my name and title.
What should I do?
