Time for a bit of culture, people. In 'The Mayor of Casterbridge' by Thomas Hardy, did not the main character in the book sell his wife? The sum of £10 vaguely crosses my mind, but I won't swear to it.

Just think though - how much would you pay to get free haircuts for the rest of your life (assuming you're not bald!)

If I was sick of my wife I'd sell her on.
Just think of the market.
For Sale.
Wife. 5 ft 8.
Nice and shapely.
Can cook, clean and look after the kids.
Only one previous owner.
£800 ono
Think I could put that in the supermarkets and local papers now couldn't I?

She may not charge you money for the haircuts, but could cost you in other ways....

Reminds me of the email chainletter where you send your wife to the person at the top of the list and eventually your name goes to the top.
Mark Richards has already recieved 3 cheerleaders and a airstewardess
Tim Summers broke the chain and got his wife back!
