ok - so nudity is ok at a German petrol station.

- smoking Cannabis is ok in Amsterdam in the "brown" cafÃƒÂ©'s.

- prostitution is ok in Belgium.

imo Germany is wrong - it's exploitation!

the other 2 are one way of dealing with the "problem"?
