US in banning mode
i was in two minds where to post this.............
taking covert photos such as 'up-skirt' pictures could be criminalised in the US.
the advent of digital and phone camera's getting smaller and more concealable are to bame and businesses are also concerned.
offender can face fines and even upto a year in prison.

i just found it funny
one year in prison and fines and people say im harsh...........

Re: US in banning mode
There is actually a website which actively encourages people to photograph parts of a woman's body with their phone and send it to them

Re: US in banning mode
I was taking photos of my kids at a birthday party at a leisure centre in Faversham when one of the staff asked me to give them my name and address/sig!

Re: US in banning mode
Bluddy mobiles are a s*dding menace in the classroom(and in tests and exams).I'm also fed up with the kids unable to go 2 seconds without fondling the damned things.
If somone has the nonce I think they could make a lot of money from schools if they could come up with a legit way to jam mobile phones in schools.
Incog.
