What you may need to do is go into msconfig. To do this follow these steps:

click on Start
Select Run
type msconfig and press enter
go to a tab called startup
and see if there are any MS Office tasks disabled (boxes without a tick in them)
What you can do is click disable all.
Then click enable all
Then click apply
then click restart now.

You will then get a box come up at startup the next time you restart.
There is a little box that you can check so you do not see the message again. Tick this and click OK.
