1 - Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen
2 - Bat Out Of Hell - Meat Loaf
3 - Beelzeboss - Tenacious D (Prop not in best 3 but i like this song)

My top one is Bring Me To Life (Evanescence) - I was surprised to learn they're a Christian rock band, allegedly (can't see it myself). Not into religion at all, but the track utterly rocks. For no reason I can readily identify, I always picture it as the background track for a sex scene between two people who are both so dominant neither will surrender control to the other, so they can't decide if they're gettin' it on or layin' down the whoop-ass on each other.
Hey, I write fanfic. I have a weird muse who's into this stuff. Don't blame me. 
Anyway. The other two: hmm...
Bat Out Of Hell, I think, and either Master Of Puppets (Metallica) or The Number Of The Beast (Iron Maiden)
So many tracks, so little time...

Evanescence are brill, i have all their albums. I dont see that picture that you describe when i listern to it
I good rock song from them is 'Going Under' and there is only 1 song i really like from their new album as well
