I got that for the first time yesterday; I'll keep an eye on it to see if it happens at regular intervals. I'm wondering if it's because it now automatically plays the next episode (didn't do that to start with) and they're worried about people leaving it on without watching; for a multi episode TV series, it could go on for a long time.

As long as it only does this in TV shows its a little bit frustrating but not the end of the world. I still haven't tried a movie to see if it does it in those on mine, if it does it will definitely be getting canceled.

I tried Netflix for the one month trial and got rid of it, i don't often want to watch old movies, most of which i've seen countless times, they need some premium content that doesn't cost any extra

Most people I know, me included, who continually pay for Netflix do so because we've worked out how to configure it to access Netflix US. If I hadn't then I'd have ditched it because Netflix UK orientated content is much more limited.

I do wonder what percentage of Netflix UK subscribers are using a proxy service to access the Netflix US service. The trouble now is that if Netflix somehow closed this "loophole" I could see a lot of UK subscribers cancelling.

Re: Netflix has now launched in the UK and Ireland - [update]

I find it annoying when they only have a few seasons available instead of the full set, South Park for example.
