BSkyB buys Steven Spielberg sci-fi series Terra Nova for Sky 1

BSkyB has bought the Steven Spielberg sci-fi series Terra Nova for Sky 1 which will air this Autumn and should be interesting to watch as l like these type of series.

The epic dinosaur drama will air on Sky 1 this autumn, just one month after it airs in the US. Terra Nova follows the adventures of the Shannon family as they travel back from the 22nd century to prehistoric times to try to save the human race after Earth's resources run out.

Well Sky1 could do with a series that, IMO, is worth watching.

Mind you, it remains to be seen if Terra Nova is that series or not.

As for Stephen Spielberg, I would not be surprised if he rents his name out for a fee these days in the same way Bransome does.
