Thanks for the reply, I enjoy."Bridge at Madison Country" is one I can watch all the time, With Clint Eastwood & Merle Street, also "From here to Eternity" Frank Sinatra. Shadowlands was a good classic too. I find that modern films, the sound is not so good either to loud or they just whisper.

monty python and the quest for the holy grail
district 9

blackhawk down
beowulf (the CGI animation)

close encounters of the third kind
crouching tiger, hidden dragon

I have to say I love Shrek !
now I know that its not a grown ups film but I really do love it!!!
