Hasta la vista, baby
I debated putting this in "Current Affairs", but he's out of politics now, and still well known for his movie roles, so it's in "Entertainment".

The era of "the Governator" is drawing to a close.
After seven years running America's most populous state, Arnold Schwarzenegger is stepping down.
He will be replaced on Monday by Jerry Brown, the Democrat who beat the billionaire Republican businesswoman Meg Whitman in the November election.
Austrian-born Schwarzenegger, a former Mr Universe, world-class bodybuilder and Hollywood action star, stormed into office as the 38th governor of California in a special recall election in 2003.

What now for Arnie?
Unlike the world within "Demolition Man" and the movie version of "The Simpsons", he can't run for President. What next?

Re: Hasta la vista, baby
Probably enjoying his retirement. Being a governor of a state is a lot of hard work. Maybe pick do the odd cameo to keep the wolves from the door.

Re: Hasta la vista, baby
I know that they have the limitation on a president being USA born, but does that restriction cover the senate as well?? If not then perhaps that'll be his next step mainly as he can then get law stopping him from becoming president changed

Re: Hasta la vista, baby
He'll be 64 this year (and looks good for it) so he will probably be thinking about retirement as has been previously said - the odd cameo.
His appearance in "The Expendibles" was a bit poop though so lets hope there's improvement on that.

Nope, there is no requirement to be a natural-born US Citizen if you want to run for the US Senate (or House of Representatives).
However, it'd take more than a simple law change to make it so that US Citizens who are not natural-born citizens can also be eligible for President... it'd take a Constitutional Amendment (2/3 majority in the House and 2/3 majority in the Senate to propose an Amendment, approval of 3/4 of State Legislatures to ratify it).

Official Trailer
This could well be the best cartoon ever. Or the worst. Or both! I think it has the potential to be so bad it's actually awesome...
