should the housemates be told about MJ death
Davina McCall has been twittering yet again, this time on the subject of the unexpected death of Michael Jackson last night - and specifically whether or not the housemates should be informed.
Posting on her official twitter page, Davina says “I’m not sure they should be told”, pointing out the rule about “No contact with the outside world”.
Admitting it’s a “tricky one”, Davina goes on to say “If they tell them about Michael, what about Farah what about telling Siavash about Iran? Where do they draw the line?”
In previous series the rule about “no contact with the outside world” has been strictly enforced, notably with the housemates not being informed of the London Bombings in July 2005, during Big Brother 6.
However, at times the housemates have been informed of some news stories through tasks, such as BBTV in Big Brother 8, or been allowed to watch key football matches as a reward for performances in tasks. Most recently, the Celebrity Big Brother housemates earlier this year were allowed to watch a recording of the Presidential inauguration of Barrack Obama.

They have only just started the verification thing and only a handful of celebs are part of it.
Its really Davina though, she has posted photos of herself and also was on Chris Moyles recently and they were talking about twitter.
You can usually spot the real celebs as other confirmed celebs will talk with them and then confirm its really them.
