Not sure if it would..
One offs/show bikes/kits tend to have a lot lower insurance than road bikes mainly as they are normally well kept, low annual milage and almost impossible to steal and then strip/sell-on. Only thing that might raise the cost is the valuation but I've had £15,000 valued bikes insured for less than £100 where as a 8yo superbike worth less than £2000 would cost me £300+
One of the reasons as to why I ride my "Little Black Scooter" (though it's not a scooter) as it's 115Bhp, 155MPH but because it's a 1989 classic I insure it for £80 a year
