I think Sir Alan likes Michael. He's had plenty of chances to fire him and hasn't i think if he turns it around in the next couple of weeks he has a good chance of winning.

I was a little sad to see raef go, when he first came on i thought he was abit of an a*se...but i started liking him further on.

Claire, she is an all round *aherm* should of been fired ages ago.

Lucinda i think is weird looking, also an emotional little so & so, she wouldnt make it in the business world.

Yea that's true but when she doesnt get her own way she gets very childish, does a little stamp, cry and scream (did you see how bad she was in the last ep with the tissue box design?).

You can tell she's been spoilt all her life, if i owned a big company i most certainly would not hire someone like that, wouldnt last 5 minutes in the real world.

I hope not, claire is annoying and i have a weird feeling she wouldnt do well within the company.

The other woman (cant remember her name) seems lazy, i've never seen her do any of the work in any of the episodes, she is usually in the background moaning.

I'm glad lucinda went, even if she wanted the job she wouldnt of handled it well, everytime something didnt go her way she had a strop and got all emotional.

I had to laugh about him telling lies on his CV, something we've all done to some extent, hope he wins actually.

the other guy seems like to much of a lazy one imo.

What annoyed me the most was their interview technique. I'm not talking about what they said, but how they delivered and the choice of words used. Alex looked nonchalent, and in a strop in most of his, Im sure he rolled his eyes and tutted in one. Helene called her fellow colleagues gob-poopoos, and Lee just didnt recover when his lie was exposed.

What a choker Alan Sugar is

He doesnt like lairs and has protected them this series and last night he was to decide on three to get rid of and fired just one. Made the interview process almost pointless.

He's then grouped his 2 favourites into one team in the hope the other two will fail and therefore will get fire by default.

I have to agree mate. I reckon Claire and Lee will win the task but then there will be another "twist" in the final boardroom. One of the other candidates will save the day and Sir Alan will offer them the job!

He's judgement has been a bit dodgy this series, I been disappointed quite a few times.
