Ah, "The Killing Joke". An excellent Joker story.
As for Vertigo... "Preacher" is one of my fave comic-book series.

Saw it on Monday. It lacked the ability to involve me but I did enjoy Heath as The Joker. Two-face was dull. Most of the movie was predictable. Would only watch it again because of Heath's performance. IIRC (no longer a reader of comic books) it was very true to the comics, though I wish they'd used a few ideas from Arkham Asylum:A Serious House On Serious Earth instead of The Killing Joke.
