Yep, like LOST, 24, and now Prison Break, it has all been taken by Sky.
The only way to watch it legally is either to see if it is available as a download on I-tunes or Amazon or if not get it from other sources but that would be illegal of course.

Huh? it was 17 minutes from the first episode of season 3! aired on 29th! In america of course, but im sure you know where to find it
