I know how to do it on Youtube but not on that tellyads. On Youtube you need to go to videodownloader.net I think.

I grab them off Youtube with a Youtube grabber - easy enough to find if you look. Then use Super http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html totally free convertor to convert them to .3GP for my phone.
