When you know someone's name you have power over them.

Re: Doctor Who Season 4 (and xmas special)
Wouldnt it be funny if it was something dull like David or something posh like Tarquin or maybe something witty like Guess

You do? I think River Song had power over the Dr because she new his name - but that was only because his name is apparently so secret he would never tell anyone. So her knowing was something major.
When talking to someone on the phone, use their name - my top tip.

Re: Doctor Who Season 4 (and xmas special)
I think it wasn't too bad, but nothing amazing.
Was certainly better than I had expected, though, seeing as it was an RTD episode...

Re: Doctor Who Season 4 (and xmas special)
It was an OK episode, not the best. Next weeks looks pretty good.

Funny you should say that, as I thought tension was the one thing it did have
As an one-off episode, where Donna got a day at the spa & The Doctor survived a potential mind takeover by an undefined alien (?) entity, only because of the bravery of an airline stewardess, it was also, imo, a little bizarre ??
