I thought it might be his 'daughter' from the earlier episode? Regenerated?
And that must be Davros in the trailer.

Yeah - that's bothering me. It seems familiar. I'm sure in some sci-fi series a similar thing was done. Given the power of the human mind, it makes the best choice to run the huge hard drive the Dr was talking about.
And why's the VN so big and aggressive when, according to the Dr, it would not normally be so?

Would his daughter really call him "sweetie" & "pretty boy"?
From what she said & how she acted, seemed to me more like a future (for him) romantic interest.

I'd forgotten the exact dialogue.
I was a little worse for wear when I saw it!
On a side note, has it been mentioned that RTD isn't doing any more scripts?
Someone said to me today that they'd read it in the press?

He's stepping down as Executive Producer & lead writer, after the specials next year.
His replacement? None other than Steven Moffat, who wrote last Saturday's episode & most of the best ones so far

I'm not sure if it was just the special effects, but when the Dalek ship explodes at the end most of the explosion is in the middle of the screen. There is also something zooming away from the explosion at the bottom left. Could be debris, could be Davros...
