R.I.P. Tristram Cary.
Godfather of British electronic music who set the mood for the Daleks in Dr Who and pioneered the VCS3 synthesizer.

"Tristram Cary was a versatile and prolific composer of music in a variety of genres who reached a wide audience through his inventive, electronic scores for early episodes of Doctor Who."

Re: Doctor Who Season 4 (and xmas special)
I am not sure she will be the Doctor's actual daughter but possibly grown from his DNA. I could be completely wrong though.

Re: Doctor Who Season 4 (and xmas special)
This series just gets better and better for me. I really like Catherine Tate in the role. I must echo the Doctors sentiments with the "WHAT" though lol next weeks looks wicked

Thats has got to be right or something like that. No one saw her die so she could have survived just as The Master did . It has already been proven The Doctor has been mistaken about the end of Gallifrey so I think you have either hit the nail on the head or glanced off the side Maybe they could make out Susan was his daughter and not his grandaughter as was made out in the beginning with how the timelords age it could be her

Re: Doctor Who Season 4 (and xmas special)
I do like the dynamic between the Doctor and Donna, she is a much more rounded character than previous companions. I thought the daughter looked familiar, she reminded me of Trillian (Sandra Dickinson) in HHGTTG. So the Doctor daughter is being played by the Doctors daughter...

Did you all spot Rose last night and I loved the Jack reference and the "Are you my mummy line"

Re: Doctor Who Season 4 (and xmas special)
It's about time UNIT got a chance to kick ass! That battle was so satisfying - not only was the Doctor proven wrong, but the Sontarans got taken down a peg or two and learned they're not the only warriors in the Universe. Not so useless after all, our boys in uniform, eh?
Pity ol' Lethbridge-Stewart didn't get to see it. And why didn't RTD ask John Levine to come in as Brigadier Benton? I know for a fact he'd have jumped at the chance to be in the new adventures...I know because I asked him. Cult TV 2005; he was one of the guests. He told me (without giving anything concrete away) he reckoned the writers of the new series had listened to the fans and done some research, and oh boy was he right!
And as for the Doctor's daughter (if indeed she is) - whoo! She is fine! Roll on Saturday!
