Re: Doctor Who Season 4 (and xmas special)

Well, we have another Steven Moffat penned story this series (he wrote three of the best stories: The Empty Child, The Girl In The Fireplace and Blink).

The story will feature Alex Kingston (Moll Flanders, ER) and Colin Salmon (Commander Robinson in various Brosnan-era Bond films).

Yeah I saw the same trailer before Cloverfield.

It had all three?

Spoiler:

I think I heard that the three assistants work together to rescue the Dr

Re: Doctor Who Season 4 (and xmas special)

Ooo, we've had the three Doctors, now we get the three assistants.

This is entirely in keeping with RTD's approach to Who:

1. He draws heavily on the Pertwee era (from whence The Three Doctors came)
2. He has constantly sought to bring the companions up to a more even billing with the Doctor

I'm not sure you need to put speculation inside spoiler tags.

Just stuck it on my Sky+ on Series Link, I'm not sure what my thoughts on Tate will be yet, I'll probably be expecting em to say "Bovvered!"

Re: Doctor Who Season 4 (and xmas special)

Oh, yes, she is so pretty!

Better, she has exactly the right attitude to sort the Doctor out when he gets out of hand. Though Rose would doubtless be wishing her an incredibly slow death when she found out...
