Is the friday quiz no more

I'ts been 3 months since the last quiz, although I could never particapate at the time I used to like doing the quiz later and I do miss it. What does everyone else think?

The problem for some of us is that unless it's on at a regular time on a regular day we aren't going to manage to be here everytime.It has been shuffled around so much and then whomever has won the honour of setting it up tends to forget entirely or move it to another time or day..yet again... and thus we went round in circles.In the end everyone gives up bothering.

If you are interested then you will have to find someone who WILL organise it at the same time every week without fail.The only two people who did manage some sort of timetable were Nemisis(Simon M) or Graham.Niether seems to be about anymore so good luck in finding someone.

People will always do the quiz no matter what day it's on, I don't really think we need to be quite so specific or restrictive - if anyone wants to do a quiz they are welcome to, on any day/time.

erm... i think this may be my fault. Wasn't the traditional for the winner of the previous week to make the questions for the next week? I won and have never set any questions... Ho hum.

At any rate, i'll do some research and as I have a day off on Tuesday, I shall be having a quiz on

Tuesday at around 1pm for anyone that wants to take part

here here. Some of us also produced quizzes that ran for 24 hours to allow a greater number of people to enter. Obviously these can only be non google quizzes, however a number of people have said they enjoyed these. (eg picture quizzes, music etc).

I think we need to get a groupof people together who are happy to produce a quiz regardless of the previous winner. I stopped doing the quizzes knowing that i wouldnt be able to produce a quiz for the following week

that's how Cobby and I used to do it, one of us would have something prepared if last weeks winner couldn't be bothered/ forgot, that said I think the winner should still be given the opportunity to do it, if they want to
