Re: The End
Saw the final episode weeks ago, thought it was a bit weak tbh

The end of "Friends"...
Edit: D'oh! I didn't notice Neil's "The End" thread before I started mine. Both now merged
Ten years...all over.
Well?
Who saw it? What did you think?
I haven't actually followed "Friends" properly for a few years now, apart from the odd episode here & there, but I did watch the "hour" long finale tonight, out of curiosity if anything.
I thought it was quite well done. Not an amazing send off, & not non-stop laughs, but still fairly good.
I won't really miss the series though. Especially as C4 & E4 are completely saturated with repeats of it.
But, it was still a very good sitcom, & it had a good run.

Re: The end of "Friends"...
Don't know yet. I have watched it on & off over the years. I recorded the first & last episodes tonight, I'll watch them over the weekend.

Re: The end of "Friends"...
So to see you go old friend
I was concerned about why the writers were going the extra inch in making Joey look stupid...hmmm probably some story line to his new Series...
A sad day, but well done for making 10 years

Re: [Merged] The end of "Friends"
I thought it was just like any other episode really. Nothing special.

And from the other side of the fence...
Frankly I'm glad to see the back of it, it was over-rated, tedious, self-indulgent, smug and frankly boring.
But, hey, that's just my opinion...!

Re: [Merged] The end of "Friends"
friends wouldnt be so bad if c4 stopped showing it 98343948 times a day - i wake up friends is on i get home from work friends is on i got to sleep friends is on - not only that they show em on a random order as for the last episode well it wasnt funny and i was kinda wanting something nasty to happen to them all but nope it was a happy ending all round
