I heard a few bits on the radio this morning, car tax is expected to stay still and the usual "trying to save lives" by upping fag and petroltax...etc etc

Cider stayed the same, I'm happy (hic).
Nice the extra £100 for the over 70's, cheaper council tax would have ben better for them.

Bloody 100 quid isn't going to help pensioners. the council tax for my house is £1200, not with the pittance they have to live on.
On the bright side, only a penny on beer, could be worse...
