I think Russ is your man, he used to be with them, but there's a phone number for them here:

If you cant get hold of Russ, give them a quick call

Re: Cancelling with singlepoint

I sent a letter, and got a cancellation date no problem. Also I got a member of staff at singlepoint to double check and confirm it too.

I phoned up to pay what I thought was to be my final bill.
They're claiming they never recieved my cancellation letter.
Now I'm sure I recieved a letter from them confirming it (but I can't find it ), and mum's sure they phoned up asking to speak to me about it (why they didn't call the mobile I don't know) but I was at work.

Re: Cancelling with singlepoint

Yeah well I was forceful in my letter too because I knew they could be complete ******s. So I threatened legal action in the letter even though it was the first and only letter. I got in before they could fart me about.

Re: Cancelling with singlepoint

You don't need to send them a letter anymore. I phoned them up, asked for a final invoice to be sent, they worked out the amount, I payed it over the phone, a day later my mobile was disconnected. Admittedly that's an example of the better service I got from them.

Re: Cancelling with singlepoint

singlepoint are the worst company to be with...they screwed up my bill, so i refused to pay until the sorted it, and then they tried to take me to court, eventually they just decided to cancel my contract and make me pay for the remaining line rently.....

i would NEVER suggest this company to anyone

and they have a tendency of losing correspondance, next time, do it recorded mail :pp
