Who says baldness needs a cure? Its's part of evolution, we don't need hair anymore. I'd don't see people trying to find a cure for the tail we lost, when we come down from the trees.

That's probably because we never had tails - there is absolutely no proof that we ever evolved from monkeys - why do you think they are still looking for the missing link?
