Or as my old Dad always used to say. "nil illigitium carborundum".
And if that fails just remember "Amour Vincit InsOmnia".

Well.....
I've given up smoking!
I'm using patches at the moment, & (so far) I haven't felt the need for a ciggie.
Apart from the obvious health reasons (I also have asthma ) it is costing a bloody fortune...
So....no ciggies today, & I actually don't feel the want for one either.
Wish me luck (I think I'm gonna need it!)

good luck mate......the cravings won't hit you hard until about 4/6weeks...then it gets difficult (i found)
and anyway you smoke pouncy maloboro lights...so really your not used to nicotine :p
also neil when you get the urge to smoke it is prolly just the habit of having something in your mouth....suck on a lolly that helps to curb it (no rude comments from the boys please) and yes i know what im talking about i gave up for a year and a half
nb i am just jesting with neil am not really insulting M/lights

Re: new years resolutions anyone?
"Don't let the bas**rds grind you down" and "Love Conquers sleeplessness".
(not just "All" as in the original saying using "Omnia")

I guess your keeping a look out for the burning bush
You are unlikely to see a burning bush, but you know the eternal fire of the Holy Spirit is present all around you, and within you.
