Keep up with uni work, and make my flatmate clean more often (smelly little bleeder)
See more gigs.
Sounds a bit selfish, but care more about me than other people

I bet everyone has been telling you there own little titbits about sleep so here we go.
I had big problems with sleep, became like a vampire, sleep all day, up all night. Went to Doctor advise as follows:
Drink less cafine
Smoke less before bed
No reading in bed (didn't keep up with that one )
Have a shower before bed
force yourself up even when you don't have to get up
Well there we go, worked for me, feel great now.

good on ya col for attempting to give up smoking, someone sent me a pm agaes ago about it, if i can find it then will forward it you
with reagrds to the sleep thing........i have given up caffine (for other medical reasons)......i will cut down on the smokes.....no reading in bed......i would never sleep if i didn't do that......showers wake me up so thats a no go and getting up, i think that i would agree...think i mucked my sleeping pattern up over the christmas period..it only took two days but that's all it takes...going to try for an early night tonight, because i am suddenly knackered

I am sticking to the resolution I made in 1977.
That was not to make any more!
