um,err,maybe,possibly,perhaps,sometimes,now and then.
Sometimes I think I'm addicted,sometimes I don't think so and sometimes I don't care.I do go and do other things and even when I'm on my PC I'm not necessarily online.I'm quite often doing something arty.
Pretty safely say those guidelines would say i'm an addict. But i've gone 5 and 6 months without it before. I even missed the big forum crash and a forum member cease to exist over at vbf Sad times.
We had a car smash in to our green box a few years ago and I had to go for a few days without Internet. I was fuming !
I really needed to get back on the net so I would have to say I do need the Internet in my life. I don't need it to survive, but I do use it quite a bit.
